Dr. Charu Garg did her graduation & post-graduation from the prestigious king Georges Medical College, Lucknow in 1991. She has more than 30 years of experience in the clinical and administrative capacity and has a vast experience in paediatrics. Her special area of interest in pushing parents to upgrade a holistic development of child.

As Co-Chairperson in the Le Crest Hospital, her leadership, critical thinking and communication skills have ensured that there is smooth functioning and co-ordination among all department of the hospitals.
